Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) is designed to support select 1000 best entrepreneurs from Uttar Pradesh. These Entrepreneurs will be selected from ODOP, MSME and Startup verticals, who are in ‘Growth Stage’. Support is delivered through a 12-week Acceleration Programme, structured mentorship, market access, industry exposure, investor connect, and institutional linkages, beginning with a pilot cohort across 4 districts, ahead of a statewide rollout.<\/p>\n

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell is a strategic platform established within Invest UP to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Uttar Pradesh as it aims to transform entrepreneurship into a mainstream economic driver, enabling enterprises to grow sustainably while contributing to employment generation and regional economic development.<\/p>\n

The EDC has been conceptualized to address the gaps through a coordinated and outcome-driven approach, ensuring that entrepreneurs receive continuous and relevant support.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
