Kaushal Connect Cell

“Kaushal Connect” is a flagship initiative of Invest UP, the investment promotion and facilitation agency of Government of Uttar Pradesh, aimed at seamlessly bridging the gap between industry requirements and the State’s vast and diverse skilled workforce ecosystem. The new platform enables structured and proactive engagement between investors, industries, training institutions, and government skilling agencies to ensure the timely availability of industry-ready workforce.

Through the Kaushal Connect Cell, investors are connected with the State’s ITIs, Polytechnics, Universities, Sector Skill Councils, and accredited training partners to fulfill their blue-collar and white-collar human resource requirements. This initiative aims to facilitate investments in Uttar Pradesh by linking industries with suitable workforce, while simultaneously strengthening the local employment facilitation ecosystem.

The Kaushal Connect Cell functions as a nodal coordination and workforce intelligence unit, consolidating workforce demand from investors and mapping it against the State’s existing and future talent supply and strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s investment ecosystem by enabling local employment, improving workforce preparedness, and ensuring sustainable and inclusive industrial growth.
